There’s a reason only a handful of companies go after real estate: it’s slow-moving, fragmented, and not very “sexy” for Silicon Valley.
But working on the ground in small towns across New Hampshire and Vermont has made us realize how massive this industry actually is. Even these smaller states have billions in transaction volume, yet so much of the industry still runs on outdated tech.
We’re going to modernize it, no matter how long it takes. And maybe one day, after building the technology, we build the brokerage itself.

We’re building @RealPact to change that.
We’re starting with the transaction layer: automating the work behind buying and selling a home.
Still early, but we want real estate to look very different a few years from now.
P.S. The iPhone X launch made me buy the phone. “Best Friend” by SOFI TUKKER always stuck with me, so I wanted to bring a little of that energy into this launch :)
