🔀 AI spend is increasing week after week, and almost none of that spend turns into something a company owns. @explabsai (YC S26) is building the open source OpenRouter that turns your own traffic into a model that you own. As you use Claude, GPT, or whatever model is in your stack, Experiential uses your traffic to train a smaller model on your exact use cases. It then sends the easy work to that model and sends everything else to the frontier model. They guarantee at least 50% lower cost at the same or even better quality. On some tasks they've even seen up to 97% lower cost! Help save some of that token spend for other things. What happens when a new model comes out? They simply transfer what your model has already learned instead of making you start from scratch. Hacker News ate up this launch. @okfallah earned his ML PhD at Georgia Tech and built the mixed reality simulation team for self-driving at Waabi. @silennai built and grew AutoGPT to 160,000 GitHub stars, and is a repeat YC founder who went through W24 with Stackwise.
