The human lifecycle actually begins decades before fertilization, anti aborts just don't want to admit that bcuz it blows up their paradigm.

Egg and sperm are not 50% contributors to the egg's transformation into the zygote. The sperm cell delivers only the paternal genome and is otherwise dissolved by the egg. The egg is the cell that becomes the zygote. It is on the development path & is already the developing child
