#USL is building its entire marketing strategy on USA soccer fan thirst & demand for authentic club soccer & promotion/relegation.
That shows you how loud and successful the movement for free and open soccer has been so far in the USA.

PART2 Now they need to figure out the $ bump which is what incentivizes teams to try to improve for promotion (overseas it is a significant bump). & let any indie team have an option to "join" USL League 2.

PART1 Without the revenue bump, it's hard to see this working in any meaningful way. And again, how will they deal with American owners who spent x millions for a USL Championship, allowing other teams to get promoted into their league for nothing? But it's a start.
Promotion/relegation doesn't happen inside of a league.
...it happens in an entire national soccer ecosystem.
The problem now is that the US soccer governing federation is currently controlled by a private company that it is supposed to be governing (MLS).

Again, why no shade?

Looks bigger and not intimate and why not mirror the soccer stadiums and put shades over the seats in a Florida stadium?

Not sure why keeping sports about sports is so controversial. And I agree with @Outkick I want it both ways.
