Big day for broadband folks and 🇺🇸… The Success for BEAD Act, aka BEAD II, repurposes billions of dollars of BEAD non-deployment into mission-critical resilient infrastructure, workforce, and AI enablement. If passed, the must-read act multiplies ROI on BEAD deployment, strengthens America’s vulnerable critical infrastructure, and enables AI where people need it, when they need it — all without spending another dime of public funding (a brilliant adaptive reuse of the already-authorized, already-appropriated BEAD non-deployment funds). Grateful for @SenatorWicker and his team’s leadership. Great folks like Al David Saab, @BrentLegg, and @SallyDoty brought it to life.
