Extremely disappointed with @Swiggy. I was promised a refund of ₹3561 with a timeline of 4–7 days after initiation. It’s now been almost 2 weeks and despite multiple follow-ups, there is no refund and no resolution. Unacceptable customer service and #FalsePromise.
