🐘🐢SAVE OUR ZOO🦁🐧
As the UK’s biggest charity zoo, we’ve tried to stay positive during this pandemic.
Our conservationists have continued to prevent extinction, our virtual days have cheered up the nation and our learning resources have helped home-schooling families.

Today is #InternationalGuideDogDay! I was so lucky to have been matched with Maxwell three months ago and I can’t imagine life without him. 🦮🥰 I am also very grateful to be able to build on my independence skills… instagram.com/p/B_jPm9JhiQm/…

🦮 | There is no greater feeling in the world than the freedom and independence that comes with being a guide dog owner. Not only do I get to live life on my terms, I also get to do it with my best friend leading the way. Thank you, Sam. Happy #InternationalGuideDogDay 💙

I got my life back the day I got matched, Tudor is my confidence on four paws.
I've had Tudor almost two years now and I can't be more thankful to everyone involved in @guidedogs
If I tired.
Happy #InternationalGuideDogDay

Today is #InternationalGuideDogDay and I want to thank my amazing guide dog Gem for all she does for me
Thanks to her I now go out with confidence and have a fill and active life (normally).
The future may be unsure for her but for now she continues to give me independence.

Fact about Tom Won’t play with a dog he doesn’t know. He has to walk or be around it for about 15/20 minutes before he’ll eventually give in 😂#pawtraitpals #Tom #withdrawnguidedog #GoldenRetriever #DogsofTwittter

Too often guide dog owners are illegally turned away from businesses because they have their dog with them. Can you make sure your MP attends our next event to hear how they can change this? e-activist.com/page/43443/ac… #AccessAllAreas

As the sun rises today, as you make your breakfast, as the kids head to school, as you savour your freedom, please remember what 156,115 young men were doing exactly 75 years ago to protect that liberty.
Their sacrifice, dedication & courage will never be forgotten. #DDay75
