Just seen a post and the dude was, like: "AI generated art is - ewwww bruh", but AI generated code is like: "Yeah, I'm down. Because it's another thing *entirely*".
Another thing entirely ™

RAG is definitely still relevant, and as domain knowledge becomes increasingly valuable, it remains an essential tool

Well, you know what they say--opinions are like assholes, everybody's got one.
Just added rhun:// links support. You need to try it - it's amazingly fast to open files, idk how to come back to vscode now.

Watching Carrie, love it. 5.11 product placement is a little bit distracting, but the rest is great. Might be one of @StephenKing 's best TV series.
rhun 0.17.14 is out:
• Settings search
• Terminal font + line height
• + button for a new tab
• View stays put on Alt+Tab and tab switches
• Keypad zoom on Linux
• Better V highlighting
Thanks to our GitHub contributors 🙏

The first experimental build of rhun on Vinix. It's going well so far, gonna share the performance baseline from M1 MBA soon.
I'm excited to see that most of the rhun's userbase are Linux users. No telemetry in the editor and I'm judging by the number of gh release downloads.

Build me a Linux distro that can circumvent kernel-level anti cheats so I can okay GTA Online and League of Legends without dual booting.
It's more about tinkering and, yeah, privacy. Spending $18K on something that's only one-third as good as Sonnet is questionable, unless you really need an uncensored model.
However, I found that a local 1.5B Qwen is same good for commit messages generation, as anything else.
For the cost of 8 years of $200 Claude subs, you can force your team to use shitty quantized versions of DeepSeek v4 Flash running at 30tps. Incredible deal!
