What an absolutely galling analysis from @JDVance. Where does one even start? The Vice President tells us: “The top four answers, accounting for nearly all of the responses were: 1) End the war 2) Focus on cost of living/inflation 3) Put America First 4) Change our relationship to Israel” In reality, J.D., all you need is #3. It covers the others entirely, and a few you missed. And yet you have it 3rd! Why? Because you apparently needed a pollster to explain that betraying the coalition that elected you was going to piss them off. The issues you’re missing include: the breathtaking corruption of your administration, covering up for the Epstein class, failure to deliver on MAHA and failure to properly investigate notorious political crimes. Putting America first is all you had to do. If your administration had done that, you’d have been in great shape. Having failed to do it, no amount of clever rhetoric and rallies could possibly have saved you. And whatever they’re telling you, J.D., the people who showed up and put you in office in ‘24 did not suddenly vote for race-bating Marxists in ‘26. You are the Vice President. This is not inherently your fault, but it becomes your fault if you keep playing along.

If your boss dropped your salary by 5% or 10% a year, every year, you’d go mad  That’s exactly what the government does every year. It’s called inflation

Nobody voted for the Boriswave. Nobody voted to let them stay. Nobody voted to subsidise them. Nobody voted for the huge bill. There is nothing “fair” about doing this to the British people.

Cheaper gherkins for all
🚨 NEW: Andy Burnham has announced five "everyday fixes" ahead of the Budget 1. Carer's Allowance will be changed so carers no longer lose their entire benefit when they earn over the limit - instead, their support will reduce by £1 for every extra £1 they earn 2. Import tariffs will be removed on more than 100 products, including baked beans, chocolate and gherkins, to save households up to £21 on their food shop a year 3. Tax-free mileage rates for workers using their own cars will be made permanent at 55p per mile for the first 10,000 miles, with the rate for additional miles rising from 25p to 35p 4. Parental pay will be extended to over 150,000 more parents a year, including self-employed fathers and partners 5. Hundreds more Post Office drop boxes will be rolled out to save people queueing at branches

My wife bought a couple of tickets to your show & we attended recently. It was entertaining and interesting. We won't be buying any more. We'd be appalled at the notion of our son fighting for this government of shysters so you won't want our money anyway. @PeterBleksley

You want an honest discussion Andy? Try this 17.4 million people voted to stop this freedom of movement shambles and now a PM with fewer than 25,000 votes from a constituency which voted overwhelmingly to leave the EU … arrogantly thinks he has a mandate to take the rest of us back in. He doesn’t 💣

We’re destined to years and years of socialism because three people can’t sit in the same room together. Pathetic
Our latest MRP poll with @PLMRLtd predicts that if there were a general election now, #Labour would win 353 seats, a majority of 56. #Conservatives would be the official opposition on 90 seats and #Reform would be third on 81 seats. Full figures ⤵️ electoralcalculus.co.uk/blog…

The shithouse regime propaganda arm is upset that @elonmusk is focusing on invention, prosperity and ingenuity ahead of men in dresses. The @bbc is a national poison. People pay for these Stalinist morons under threat of prison. #DefundTheBBC
Elon Musk's electric car manufacturer, Tesla, has unveiled what it calls a 'flying car'. On #BBCBreakfast Charlie & Naga looked at images of the two-seater Roadster - which has been developed in collaboration with the rocket company, Space X bbc.co.uk/news/topics/c8nq32…

Just watched the video of the new Tesla rocket propelled car which can fly. I thought it was so futuristic, it must be an AI video, but it’s real. Speaking of flying, Britain will have laid a strip of tarmac to create a third runway at Heathrow in only another 30 years.

Ian Duncan Smith won’t be fretting over his heating bill this winter. He must think we are stupid. We *are* buying Russian oil - but the loophole is, it’s exported in an unrefined state to Turkey and India who refine and sell it to us at a huge mark up. Politicians don’t mind though, as long as they have the opportunity to maintain their “principled” stance whilst retaining influence. Ukraine is not our conflict. If our politicians were more thoughtful about how they served us and our interests (not their’s), perhaps we wouldn’t be in this mess. We should not be suffering financially because of their incompetence. This is not our war, if our politicians don’t get us out of it, we will at some point get our politicians out of our lives.
President Trump’s decision to lift sanctions on Russia to facilitate diesel sales is deeply troubling. Putin launched a brutal war against Ukraine that has already left an estimated 1.5 million people killed or wounded. Even now, Russian missiles rain down on families in Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities. telegraph.co.uk/us/news/2026… To reward Putin with renewed trade while this barbarity continues sends entirely the wrong message. Aggression must carry consequences, not commercial rewards. As Chair of the APPG on Magnitsky Sanctions @UKMagnitsky, I believe we must be unequivocal: Putin should face greater pressure for his crimes, not be handed an economic lifeline.

🚨SENEDD BANS THE TERM "BLANKET 20MPH"🚨 The Senedd's ban on using the word "blanket" to describe 20mph speed limits descended into farce earlier, as several members were reprimanded for using the term. You really need to watch this one in full.

"the adults are in charge now"
Replying to @PolitlcsUK
In media interviews, Burnham said he "won't hesitate" to recall Parliament if necessary "So what I can say is there are strong indications that Iran played a part in what happened over the weekend. It is, though, still an ongoing and very serious police investigation. So I hope you'll understand that I don't say more at this point, but I wanted to confirm what we could say. But this will continue now. It's obviously a very serious investigation involving our colleagues in the United States, and we are working very closely with them. And I will say more when I can. Obviously, I've been dealing with this as I've been here in Liverpool, we have held a Cobra meeting here during the week. We are completely on top of things, but we will say more when we can"

Be brave Andy, go to the country now and see what the voters make of higher taxes, lower pensions, rejoining our EU friends and a new electoral system designed to keep us under the Socialist yoke forever. He would be slaughtered.

Residential care - the expensive bit of elder care - will not be covered by a new Social Care Plan. People will still have to sell their homes. Another fib.
