MY CALLING. The creation account gave an understanding that every individual created as a man has a calling and not only those who are called into positions or set aside into a sacred office. All human are called to be a Leader but not all human will assume a Leadership position

Your Calling is greater than your title but become a responsible Leader wherever God has placed you. Wake up the Leader in you, your position may come later but your responsibility has begun.

Your first calling is to become a Leader not over the people but over Gods created resources including leading yourself first.
2
When Leaders Fail. Leadership is not just an occupied position, but a room for Influence, Responsibility and Trust. When a leader excel, the people, organization and nations flourish. when leaders fail, the outcome of their failures often goes beyond themselves to the people

and the system under their influence. Leadership failure is not simply making a mistake, it is often the result of character deficient, poor decision, abuse of power, refusal to listen to corrections, moral compromise or refusal to take responsibility.

10 Biblical Ways to Overcome Lust, Masturbation, and Pornography 1. Run from temptation, don't negotiate with it. "Flee from sexual immorality." — 1 Corinthians 6:18 2. Renew your mind daily with God's Word. What fills your mind will eventually shape your desires. — Romans 12:2 3. Guard your eyes intentionally. Job said, "I have made a covenant with my eyes..." (Job 31:1) 4. Pray for a changed heart, not just more self-control. Ask God to transform your desires, not merely suppress them. — Psalm 51:10 5. Confess your struggles to a trusted believer. Freedom grows in the light; sin thrives in secrecy. — James 5:16 6. Remove access to temptation. Block websites, delete apps, and avoid environments that trigger you. — Matthew 5:29-30 (the principle of radical action against sin) 7. Walk in the Spirit daily. The more you yield to the Spirit, the less power sinful desires have over you. — Galatians 5:16 8. Fill your life with godly pursuits. Don't just stop a bad habit, replace it with worship, service, prayer, and purposeful living. — Philippians 4:8 9. Get up quickly after a fall. Don't let guilt keep you away from God. Repent, receive His mercy, and keep moving forward. — Proverbs 24:16 10. Remember your identity in Christ. You are not defined by your temptations or past failures. You belong to Christ and have been called to live in freedom. — 2 Corinthians 5:17 Freedom is usually not one dramatic breakthrough. It is a thousand small acts of obedience empowered by God's grace. Stay close to Jesus, and keep taking the next right step.

Tempted to tag some accounts. The fact that this has to be said is even worrying. But God will help us.

A man from my community returned from abroad three years ago. He bought land and built a large hotel within a month. To launch it, he threw a big opening party. Rooms cost ₦40,000 per night. But no one came. The hotel eventually shut down because he couldn’t pay his workers’ salaries. Then, in January last year, a wealthy man from another town bought the property and converted it into a school—crèche, primary one to six. Today, the school is full and still growing. The first man made the right investment in the wrong place. The second man turned a failing idea into a valuable asset. It’s not always about having money—it’s about having the right idea.
