$CVX weekly. Inverse head and shoulders forming, imho.
✅ Held $1.76. Higher low than Feb ($1.45).
⏳ Up 11.5% so far this week. BTC +0.9%.
⏳ Breakout = weekly close above $2.57
Close below $1.76 and it's in trouble. Below $1.039 it's dead.

$XRP weekly. Inverse head and shoulders, imho.
✅ Right shoulder low $1.255. Held $1.246 by under 1%.
⏳ Breakout = weekly close over $1.66, the Sep high.
🎯 Log measured move ~$2.74. Heavy supply $1.80 to $2.40 on the way.
Below $0.987 the pattern is void.
The EW counts in the thread that follows... 👇
$XRP Daily. Same count.
Primary: wave 2 is a flat. a $1.246, b $1.66, c in progress. Low $1.255. Out below ~$0.987.
Alt: 2 ended at $1.246, now ii of 3. It's 98% deep and hanging by a thread. Out below $1.246. 🍌
$XRP if the count holds: 2 ends near $1.22 (c = a), then 3. Guide $2.09 to 2.93 (log).
Alt iii aims ~$1.99.
Test: ideally, we move over $1.70 in 2 to 4 wks. A stall under $1.70 means 2 is still unfolding. 🍌

$CVX what could go wrong:
The week isn't over. This is Crypto. That 11.5% can vanish by Sunday.
No weekly close above $2.36 all year so far. Resistance is strong.
Since Sep 1, CVX is down 7%. BTC is up 7%.
The right shoulder is new... may need more time to form.
A slow build is typically stronger than a fast spike.
$CVX if it breaks out:
First stop ~$4.10. In historical data using stocks, this pattern got there 71% of the time.
The full move points to ~$6.4. That's +147%. Big ask.
$3.30 to $4.77 is where lots of 2025 buyers got stuck.
Many may sell there to break even.
The week closes Sunday 5pm PT. Follow and I'll post the result Monday.
I think I have had vote locked CVX running for at least 100 of those rounds.

Don't know about the rest of you, but since the call centers have been taken over by AI, I literally get at least 50 spam calls a day, in spite of the fact that I am on the national do not solicit list.
Voice spam is out of control... and AI has just started.
I don't really answer my phone anymore, except for callers from my contact list. Every time I go beyond that, I instantly regret it.
Call center jobs grew ~4% annually for 15 years
Now they’re shrinking 4% annually

WARREN SAYS BANK OF AMERICA $BAC "CEO BRIAN MOYNIHAN OWES CONGRESS ANSWERS,"
Corruption as a business model. Jail time or else justice is lost in the US.
Dear Secretary Bessent @SecScottBessent,
My name is Everett Stern. In 2010 I was a compliance officer at @HSBC. From a back office in New Castle, Delaware, I watched billions of dollars move to drug cartels, sanctioned regimes, and terrorist organizations. The enemies of the United States. I documented it, I escalated it, and when the bank would not act, I took it to the @FBI, the @CIA, and eventually the @SECGov.
The result was a $1.92 billion settlement. At the time, it was one of the largest in American history. It was also about five weeks of the bank’s profit. Not one banker was charged. Not one went to prison.
I paid a different price. I lost my career, my savings, and my place in the industry I had trained for. I was blacklisted. Every door in American finance closed at once. I slept on a camping cot in a 300 square foot apartment because I could not afford a bed, and I waited tables at @PFChangs to eat. I tell you this not for sympathy, but so you understand that I know exactly what it costs to do the right thing in American finance, and exactly how little the system does in return.
I made that sacrifice because I believed it would change something.
Yesterday, your department fined @BankofAmerica $1.2 billion for failing to report more than $5 billion in suspicious transactions, some of it tied by your own findings to Chinese laundering networks, narcotics, and the southwest border, alongside 475 apparent sanctions violations touching Russia, Iran, and global terrorism. The bank admitted it willfully violated the Bank Secrecy Act.
Fourteen years after HSBC. A bank with “America” in its name. And once again, not one individual charged.
Secretary Bessent, I want to say plainly what I believe you already know. The fines are not working.
A fine is paid by shareholders, absorbed by the balance sheet, and forgotten by the next earnings call. Bank of America reported earnings this morning. Nobody who set the alert thresholds, nobody who decided the 2024 cease and desist could wait, nobody who chose the backlog over the law will lose a single thing they value. Their lives are untouched. That is the entire reason the behavior repeats.
This is money laundering. This is blood money. Money that reaches a cartel buys fentanyl that kills Americans. Money that reaches a terrorist organization buys the next attack. This country has fought a war on drugs and a war on terror for decades, at enormous cost in lives and treasure, and all the while we have allowed the financing to flow through institutions we charter and regulate. Cut off the money and we win. We have never seriously tried.
There is also a question of equal justice that I cannot let go.
Before I walked into the FBI building to report HSBC, I stopped in front of the Great Seal on the wall and read the words engraved beneath it: “Justice is the defense of our liberty.” I believed that. I still want to. But every day in this country, people go to prison for crimes that are nothing next to moving money for the people who want Americans dead. A suit, a title, and a corporate badge should not be a shield from the consequences that apply to everyone else. If a street dealer goes to prison for what he sells, the banker who moved the cartel’s money should be standing next to him.
I also want to raise something that is rarely said in these conversations. Why has no one inside Bank of America come forward the way I did? The answer is that everyone in American banking knows what happened to me, and to the whistleblowers who came after. The last person who spoke up is the only policy anyone believes. That is a culture problem, and it starts with leadership, in the banks and in the agencies that regulate them.
This is not a political issue. It has spanned administrations of both parties. It is a national security issue, and I am asking you to treat it as one.
Three things would change the math overnight.
Refer individuals for criminal prosecution. Not the analyst in the queue. The executives who set the thresholds and chose the risk. One banker in handcuffs would do more than every fine in Treasury’s history combined.
End “too big to jail.” An institution cannot be too big to fail and too big to jail at the same time. If it is the first, it must be held to a higher standard, not a lower one.
And if Bank of America will not act as America’s bank, review its charter. A national charter is a privilege granted on behalf of the American people. It should be conditioned on not moving money for the people trying to kill them.
Secretary Bessent, you said yesterday that these actions send a clear message that even the biggest institutions are not above the law. With respect, the institution was never the problem. The people inside it are above the law, and they know it. Until that changes, I will keep writing letters like this one, and the next bank will keep paying the next fine.
I gave up everything I had to stop this. I am asking you to use the power you have to finish it.
Respectfully,
Everett A. Stern

Corrective down, corrective up, corrective down.
This is a consolidation.
$BTC. Weekly. So far, just a retest of the top of the broken LTF trend channel. If we break there, we may head down to retest the HTF trend channel that we broke out of.
But, key point is that price clearly broke out of these downward facing trend channels.
Sure, we may head down further, but given the impulsive nature of the wave up from lows, I look for a higher low/buying opportunity in this setup as long as the retrace is corrective in structure.
$XRP. Daily.
We just entered the green zone. No change to the primary/alt counts, although the alt looks stretched (only a few % away from invalidation). This is why it is my "alt".
Range traders are loving this setup.
The character of wave 2 should be bearish by the time it ends. Convincing most participants that the bear never left.
I watch for bear trolls on my feed (yes, I see you)... they show up often in wave 2's.
$XRP - Cycle time/Monthly.
Since 2020, $XRP has had a pretty regular cycle of ups and down trends. Each cycle varying between 12-14 months.
If this pattern holds, we are in month 3 of the next cycle, and I expect to be looking for the next down cycle to begin sometime around July 2027. Until then, trend is generally up (higher highs and higher lows - although as you can see from the chart, there can be red months in an uptrend).
Please keep in mind, that this isnt information to just park and never come back to, each candle is an entire month, and price will ultimately decide the truth... but it is a trend that may continue, and so worth paying attention to imho.
$XRP Daily. Hidden divergence & what looks to be a inverse H&S.
The greatest hope is that of Jesus Christ.
That the creator of the universe came down to live amongst us... “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us” (John 1:14)... in this fallen world... to save us from our own sin.
To be the sacrificial lamb on the altar... “Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world” (John 1:29)... to pay a price we could never pay ourselves... so that we might live for all eternity.
Why? Because he loves you. Not the cleaned-up version of you. The real one. “God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us” (Romans 5:8).
If there is a calling on your heart... a longing for something more than what this life brings... that longing is not an accident. Scripture says God has set eternity in our hearts (Ecclesiastes 3:11). C.S. Lewis put it this way: if we find a desire in ourselves that nothing in this world can satisfy, the most likely explanation is that we were made for another world.
No matter how dark your life... no matter the choices you have made... “though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow” (Isaiah 1:18).
Try as you might to fill that calling with things of this world... money, success, comfort, distraction... none of it will satisfy. Lewis said we are “far too easily pleased,” settling for mud pies when we have been offered the sea. Jesus said it plainly: “Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst” (John 4:13–14).
There is nothing that can fill it... other than him.
“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)
