“Our technology took action.”
Meta's words justifying a permanent disablement of my Facebook account.
23:03: You have 180 days to appeal.
23:05: Your review was unsuccessful.
I hadn't appealed.
I've obtained my data and discovered evidence that hackers accessed my account,
carrying out activity in my name. The matter was referred to police, yet Meta offers no avenue for appeal.

Bosses who get results shouldn't earn a license to be cruel.
Berating and belittling aren’t signs of tough love—they’re hallmarks of abusive supervision. Treating people like dirt doesn't motivate them—it undermines them.
If you can't model respect, you don't deserve to lead.

I cannot overstate enough how much I recommend avoiding making New Years resolutions and instead compiling your own bucket list. Frame your life by striving for positive experiences rather than solely through self-regulation.

2 - Build a Sleep Rhythm
Sleep & wake up at the same time every day.
This allows adenosine (the chemical that makes you feel sleepy) to make you feel awake & sleepy at the right times.
How to build a rhythm:
1. Set an alarm
2. Socialise earlier
3. Don't sleep in on weekends
