Just wanted to bring this to @FoundationHQ attention as it seems like phising scam on YouTube against Foundation Users
Since @FoundationHQ uses Shopify, has the company thought about a way to get them to delete Foundation purchase history from user accounts once shipped?
The same exposure could happen to Foundation users if Shopify was hacked.
Two days ago, we received an update from our shipping provider, ShipMonk. We're deeply saddened to share the news that the recent data breach affects more customers than originally thought.
Another 67,000 customers from the US who ordered between November 2019 and August 2021 were affected, with their full details (name, email, phone number, shipping address, order number) exposed.
All affected customers have been emailed directly. If you didn’t receive an email, then you are not affected.
Throughout our entire relationship with ShipMonk, we repeatedly requested and received written assurance confirming the deletion of the data, in line with our contract, data policy, and past communications. We are very disappointed that, despite receiving this confirmation, the data was not deleted in their systems.
Trezor systems were not compromised, and your device is secure. But please be alert for fake emails, phone calls, fraudulent letters, and potential risks to physical security.
NEVER share your wallet backup with anyone or type it into a website.

🚨 ROCKTON, ILLINOIS: 8-MONTH-OLD FRENCH BULLDOG COLLAPSES AND DIES FROM EXTREME HEAT WHILE UNDER AN OFFICER’S WATCH - OWNER PLEADS FOR OVER 30 MINUTES FOR HELP
On a hot, 97-degree day, Collazo Gonzalez was pulled over for speeding and detained for driving with a suspended license. Gonzalez stated that he did not know his license was suspended.
Officers detained him and instructed him to call a family member for a ride because his vehicle was going to be towed.
We requested all camera footage through an open records request to find out exactly what happened next.
The result was a clear message from Rockton PD to me and my team:
“You’ll only get what we want to send you.”
They redacted nearly the entire written report. They also redacted very strange portions of the bodycam footage, including a portion where, allegedly, Gonzalez’s aunt was telling the officer over the phone to at least give the dog some water. She also told the officer, “The dog is gonna die if they don’t do anything.”
There were other portions of the bodycam footage that were redacted as well.
Gonzalez was pulled over at 12 : 40 pm. When he was pulled over, Kody, his 8-month-old French Bulldog, was already panting.
When officers removed Gonzalez from the vehicle, they left Kody inside the non-running car for more than 20 minutes. During the process, Gonzalez asked if they could please put Kody in one of their police cars.
He was ignored.
At 1 : 02 pm, Kody was finally placed in the back of the police vehicle with Gonzalez. The AC was not on.
When one of the female officers came to check on them, Gonzalez begged her for air. She turned on the air, but it was not cold.
For the next 15–20 minutes, you can see Kody in visible distress. I have looked over every minute of this footage. And I cried.
I haven’t cried watching bodycam footage in a long time. This made me cry.
And if anyone wants the file, I’ll happily provide it.
Then, approximately 30 minutes after being placed in the back of the hot police vehicle, another male officer finally comes to speak to Gonzalez.

He listens as Gonzalez pleads with him over and over again while he stands there and doesn’t budge to help.
In additional footage, you can see Gonzalez, with his clearly distressed dog, attempt to head toward a nearby house to get water. He is stopped by the officer so they can read off his citations.
All while there appears to be no urgency for Kody.
They then offered to drive Gonzalez several minutes to a nearby convenience store - not an emergency vet.
And in this footage, they REDACTED anything said about the emergency involving Kody, but the sound came back in when they were discussing Gonzalez’s citations.
I will share another video in the thread with more context regarding this.
Unfortunately, Kody later passed away in Collazo Gonzalez’s arms.
Gonzalez has retained an attorney and has actively tried to raise awareness about what happened to Kody.

⚠️Did you get caught in the Celsius bankruptcy?
Then this is for you.
@CelsiusNetwork, a centralized finance (CeFi) platform, filed for bankruptcy in July 2022. If you had over $5,000 in claims, you received shares in Ionic Digital. Ionic Digital went public this week, which means creditors who received those shares can finally sell them.
⚠️This triggers a taxable event.
There are essentially two options:
1⃣If you already claimed the loss for tax purposes when the bankruptcy became public, any further recoveries from the bankruptcy are treated as taxable profits.
2⃣If you did not claim the loss at the time of the bankruptcy, you are still considered “in the trade.” In this case, any crypto distributions you received from the bankruptcy are tax-free when you eventually sell them. The shares (valued at $20 each at acquisition) were also received tax-free; you are taxed only on the difference between the sale price and the acquisition value when you sell them.
💡If the total value you recovered from the bankruptcy is still less than what you originally deposited with Celsius, you can still claim a partial loss. This loss can offset the gain from selling the shares.

Influencers that got paid to promote ColdCard are as bad as Influencers that got paid to promote Celsius Network.
Nor will 99.999999 percent of either of them donate a penny of that sweet discount code money earned back to victims.
Many BTC’rs didn’t give two bits for when all the BTC was lost on Celsius. Victims were mocked including by NVK.
Yet it’s the same thing.
Whether it is because of incompetence or fraud, it doesn’t matter.
People trusted a company to do what it said. They didn’t do it.
