More knife handles (I'm improving slowly!) These are blades I bought from a Tosa smith called Kosuke Muneishi. Handles are winemaking oak, red gum ferrules, and spacers from plastic cleaned off the beach.

Thanks again Jancis for the shout-out. Foils, as you have pointed out earlier, are also an issue, an anachronism that ends up in landfill and is unnecessary. More producers should be confident enough to be seen naked!
