I and a number for dev rel teams I know are looking for video editors, full and part time, who are good with taking raw live streams and engineering rambles and making shorts and such with them. Know anyone?

i understand finding matrix 4’s lack of subtlety grating but i would never wanna use metaphors again either if the metaphorical allegory i wrote before got co-opted by far right patriarchal fascists whose whole thing is to eradicate my entire people

but ANOTHER executive basically said “yeah bestie streaming doesnt compete with theaters, people overlap” and cited a recent study on how people who watch more movies at home are more likely to go see movies in a theater! yes! its symbiotic rather than parasitic!!

People always say cyclists need to be more afraid of cars, because in a collision, the car wins.
It doesn't have to be like that. We can _both_ lose.

Sure are an awful lot of tech companies who do location-based pay while also being incorporated in Delaware.

If an employer pressures you to accept on the spot, you don’t want to work there.
You might have to due to financial pressures for a time, but you won’t like being there. I promise.

I’m available until March 17th (3 weeks) for sliding scale consulting. 🥰
Ask me questions about continuous integration (most familiar with/worked at Bitrise, CircleCI and Travis CI) or other things like career, iOS.
PM me if you’re interested in making an 1 hour appointment.

I made a resource for working with the @SlackHQ Slash command API. Currently Go and Ruby Rest APIs and Lambda functions but I want to add more languages. Find it here: slash.wiki & the code here: github.com/slash-wiki. Please take a look & RT if you enjoy it. 🥺🙏

Something I do want to point out is a form of bias in documentation.
"If I understand something, it must be simple. If I don't understand it, it must be hard." I fall victim to this one ALL THE DAMN TIME.
Every one of you reading this knows a "simple" thing that'd floor me.
