What Luis Elizondo fails to say is he gave them to Mr. Mellon. I believe that is beyond proven now, especially since Mr. Mellon references the package they came in, and found on his website, that packaging had L. Elizondo on it.🤷♂️

The video literally says that Mr. Elizondo knew they were coming out. He told Dr. Nolan that "...this was coming out..." when referencing the videos after he showed him.
You can't get more clear he knew they were going public than that.
