Heard on UA flight today:
If your bag doesn't fit in the overhead bin, I'll take your bag & let everyone onboard know you're the one holding us up.

Is anyone at @CapitalOne paying attention? My account have been locked down and "escalation" efforts have a stated response time if 1-10 business days. I'm guessing that @AmericanExpress would give me a better response for over $1MM in legitimate business expenses.
