Just because you played doesn't qualify you to coach, especially at the children and youth levels! Of course there are exceptions! However, I would say this is THE biggest reason why kids are turned off #sports.

No laps! No Lines! No Lectures! The lads loved this 5 minute warm up tonight. 1 on 1 full court. All at once. Constant movement. Spacial awareness. Competing with fun! Do this or just put them on the line and run ‘em....which do you think the kids would prefer?
