In September 2022 Jess Law was placed on the Board of Directors following the resignation of 3 other BOD members after a successful hostile takeover by indicted fraudster Ted Farnsworth.
While on the BOD, Law has been complicit in causing numerous NASDAQ noncompliances as well as facilitating shady business deals that are harmful to shareholders while lining the pockets of Farnsworth and others. The actions/inactions of Law over the last several months provide clear evidence to allege he and the BoD are engaged in fraudulent activity.
The $BBIG community (bbigfamily.com) currently has 1378 members comprising over 42M shares. We are an impassioned and unified community collaborating for change. We have a GoFundMe that has raised over $26K in 5 days with the purpose of taking legal action against the BoD, primarily endeavoring to have all BoD members replaced.
I think this story has a lot of potential impact the GOP party in Clark country, as well as shine light on the character of Law and others in Las Vegas and elsewhere. This is a national storyline with local importance. This is exactly why I said I buy NFTs when I feel SOL is a bit overvalued.
When SOL dips, I do not care about the price because my NFTs pump hard.
I can then sell NFTs for a higher SOL value and hold till SOL pumps again.
