I was Week 1 2026 years old when I learned a quarterback’s intention to throw the ball forward can turn this into an incompletion. I … don’t get it.

It's exactly this kind of thing where people miss the boat entirely when crowning QB's for team wins/championships. Brady, Manning, Rodgers, Big Ben all had better defenses and more All-Pro/HOF skill position players around them. Brees was the best pure QB to ever do it.
Want to see a difference between Drew Brees and Tom Brady? NGBB = Never got ball back 16 losses for Brees after a tying/go-ahead drive, missed clutch FG, or teammate fumble where he NGBB. 5 for Brady. Go-ahead drives here: Brees - 9 Brady - 0

Unmatched run of dominance by Brees. His rebuilt shoulder finally falling apart again is the only thing that stopped him. 🐐
Want to lead the NFL in career passing yards? Apparently you have to survive Drew Brees from ages 36-43 😭

There will never be another player like him. Easily the best and most versatile utility player of all time, and could have had an entirely different career as a FT QB if not for freakishly unlucky lisfranc and mallet thumb injuries just as he started to settle into the position.
Thank you New Orleans ⚜️

I keep seeing people talk about the military potential for this thing and it’s not as great as you think it is. What do you think the potential is? An explosive device of some kind? If that’s the case, what does this thing have that a guided missile couldn’t do 100x better? Hell, even a basic, unguided RPG beats this thing. I can tell from the video this thing isn’t nearly rugged enough for any battlefield deployment. I think a lot of you don’t realize just how critical dependability is in a battlefield scenario. This thing ain’t it. Some kind of recon unit maybe? But this thing isn’t stealthy and there are much better recon units already in use. So again, this thing isn’t it. The only other thing is it could be used by a terrorist org, but even then, this isn’t well suited for that either if you think about it. Whatever military use you can think of for this, outside of quickly combing a minefield..one use per bot only of course. It’s not really that great at anything. There are much better, reliable, proven methods to do whatever you can dream up for this.

Yet another 🐐 stat...
In 2011, Drew Brees threw for at least 250 yards and a TD in all 18 games. The next closest single-season streak was 13 games by Roethlisberger in 2018. Brees had a 21-game streak from the Beastquake playoff game thru the first 2 games of 2012. Easily the longest ever.

I'm not biased, I'm informed. If I say something, it's because I reached that conclusion on facts and research. Everyone has their narrative, but I can back up what I say with facts.
Scott, you get dumpstered on here what seems like bi-weekly for your terrible and/or clearly biased takes. You’ve got a good circle-jerk going on here though, so carry on.

Drew Brees. Win or lose, defense or not, the little guy is showing up and dropping 30 and will score in crunch time.
