Hey can't you do an alphabet change on the booked ticket. I just booked a ticket and my last name initials was typo errored and contacting your customer care are saying me to cancel the ticket.

A scam is underway at the parking lots. At RRnagar parking they are charging a flat 30Rs day pass fair for all the vehicles which are exiting.
No rate chart being displayed. Please do look into it.

Nice road collects toll during such construction period. It took 1hr+ for a 14mins bus ride from Hosur road to kanakpura road .

The driver services provided by @driveu_in is questionable.
Yesterday, the driver met an accident and ran out from the site by taking Rs 4000 from my parents.
The cost of damage is more than Rs 1,00,000/- And now they are crying about by their Rs 15,000/- worth of insurance.

It's been almost a week since I raised the query. I request people not to use MAKE MY TRIP services.
Seeing their ad on TV. So much to "badlo experience" They just scam you. I would say in any online booking portal, only book if you have payment at the premises option. Else you'll end up loosing money to such scams @makemytripcare #MMTCares is a scam.

After 22nd till last Friday, @makemytripcare @makemytrip kept us stating that this has been escalated to their resolution team. And finally the response was they can't change date and no refund possible.
I request all not to use their service. They never adhere to policy 3/n
I had booked at 2:30PM on 22nd and requested for date change by 5:30 PM the same day. The CustCare guy promised that he will do the needful. Later the same day he said that Due to the resort reservation dept is not answering the call he will update me soon. 2/n
Seeing how @makemytripcare is promoting to use their services, which are not worth just scam.
I had booked on 22 Oct for a 25th checkin and during booking they said change of date is avaliable. I had to change my check-in by a day so requested them to do it for 26th. 1/n
