When your team doesn't understand the code that they've accepted in a pull request, is there a point to doing pull requests? With little point to pull requests, why have revision control? If you trust AI, why not trust it to "revert" and be done with revision control?
I noticed rant about how airports don't have "tarmac" anymore. He wasn't wrong, it's obsolete. But it really ignores how English speakers/writers evolve words by usage not just by definition. Like "dialing" and "hanging up" a phone, and "carbon copy". Know of any others?

With AI, it’s tempting to create big tickets because AI can handle big tasks, and it generates code so quickly.
But the benefits of small, focused tickets remain relevant in the AI era.
- Get feedback quicker.
- Avoids context bloat / compacting.
- Less chance of spending a bunch of time going in the wrong direction.
- Leads to small PRs, which are easier to review.
- I’m more likely to understand a small ticket, and to notice gaps, inconsistencies, and logical issues in the requirements.
- Small tickets lead to smaller releases, which reduces risk.

I'm surprised that `dotnet pack --include-symbols` defaults to .symbols.nupkg and not .snupkg in #dotnet 10

TIL there is a Trump Ave in Ottawa Canada, named after donald trump about 20 years ago. And yesterday the city decided to rename it after residents of the street decided they didn't want to live on a street by that name.
