Building a SaaS for anyone with a website, based in the EU, selling worldwide. Which payments setup would you pick in 2026 and why?

I've always loved analytics, but it only ever told me what people did, never why they came. So I'm building something that does, on top of @DataFast's API. I added one API key and waited a couple of minutes. It found two reasons people came to my site but never reached the page they were looking for. It even showed where they were in their decision, from just curious to ready to sign up. It also shows the solution to fix it! Still early. Looking for feedback and a few beta testers.
