2023 के छत्तीसगढ़ शिक्षक भर्ती मामले में हाई कोर्ट ने आज अहम फ़ैसला देते हुए राज्य की बढ़ाई गई आरक्षण नीति को असंवैधानिक घोषित कर दिया है!
बता दें कि राज्य सरकार ने 50% की सीमा तोड़कर आरक्षण लगभग 84% तक पहुंचा दिया था।
मध्यप्रदेश और कर्नाटक के बाद ये तीसरा ऐसा राज्य है, जहाँ 50% लिमिट तोड़ने पर कोर्ट ने रोक लगाई है!

A heavy truck carrying steel at Gunjur at 7:31 this morning (when they are not allowed ) right when school buses are on the road.
As per the Whitefield Traffic Police advisory, heavy vehicles are restricted on the #Varthur–#Gunjur Road (SH-35) from 7–11 am, 1–3 pm and 4–9 pm
A rule only helps children & other residents / commuters when we all know & follow it. Police, real estate developers, Transporters, contractors, drivers, parents, schools: together for a #BetterBengaluru

TOI edit asks for regulatory action to stop copay in health insurance.
The General Insurance Council wants policyholders to pick up 10 percent of the claim by 1 Jan 27.
But on anything that benefits policyholders there is no timeline.

Insurers want policyholders to pay 10% of health claims
Non-life insurers are considering a 10% co-pay on retail health policies from 1 January 2027. The patient’s share would be capped at ₹5 lakh per claim. In return, annual premiums would be lower.
The General Insurance Council is studying the plan. It would come with a common hospital list and a formal way to settle insurer-hospital disputes. Even people with full cover would need cash for emergencies. The 10% would apply to admissible hospital costs, including accidents, whether the claim is cashless or a reimbursement.
The co-pay would be optional on renewal. It could not be waived, cut, or changed through riders. Insurers want new policies with co-pay, and renewals without it. The aim is to cut needless tests and push cost-conscious treatment.
