Ok so after sneaking a couple of races in after I thought I had wrapped up my season just had a lovely 2 week break from training and racing! Back to training today with a run session- nice to get the cobwebs blown and to get back on it!! 2020- I’m coming for you!!

By midnight last night @EastEnglandAmb had taken just under 4200 999 and GP calls. Every 21 seconds we took a call. Around 10% are dealt with by our @EEAST_ECATc & >40% are treated at home. Today we do it all again #24HoursinEoE
