I've been fighting for #PaidFamilyLeave for all Americans since @OlympiaOhanian was born; it's been 4 long years and we're SO CLOSE. Do not stop.

As remote work continues to get even more productive and more common, college towns with a decent city built around them are going to thrive. More & more graduates will not want to leave their idyllic lifestyle when they can command great salaries doing work they love from home.

Looks like the prediction is coming true much sooner than 5 years. I should have said 8 months.
Prediction: Coupled with the SF Bay Area housing crisis, most startups in the next 5 years will establish remote work as a core part of their product/engineering process.

What a finish! Cal Rugby’s Sam Cusano gets the game winning try (with no time left) to lead the Golden Bears to a 28-24 last second comeback win over SMC and a spot in the @D1ARugby championship final next week in Santa Clara. #GoBears

I am so impressed with the quality of freelancers over at @Upwork. I thought GA would be lucky to find 1 TV opening sequence broadcast video designer. Just shortlisted 4. We're actually spoiled for choice :o)

We're not a "startup" anymore, but @Upwork would surely have signed on to #LeadersForLeave. I'm currently on my 2nd 12-week paternity leave. This little fat guy likes having me around. Keep fighting the good fight @SimaSistani

Hard to believe I've already made over $30K on @Upwork. If you're considering the #freelance life, don't be afraid to take the leap. I did, and I never thought I'd be where I am today.

I would advise to go even more granular in task breakdown but agree that @Upwork is a must have in the portfolio of any marketer / entrepreneur bit.ly/2TALROm
