A 5K felt like a 10-miler :/ I was training for the 2026 @tatamummarathon, but my body wasn’t recovering. Sleep, digestion, energy, and fatigue everything went downhill. I eventually had to surrender the race. Antriksh and I went full @bryan_johnson mode. WHOOP, yoga, breathwork, NSDR (@hubermanlab), meditation, supplements, strict sleep schedules. More on this here: xitter.cf/RajasNeve/status/20911… Our recovery routine was becoming a second training plan. The things that helped the most were the ones that pulled our nervous system out of 'stress' mode and into 'rest and digest'. But when we needed them most, another routine was the last thing we had energy for. Could we make that easier? That’s why we’re building @feelglint: a small ear wearable that gently stimulates the vagus nerve, the main line of your rest-and-digest system, through your ear. ~40 minutes a day. One month in, our WHOOP data vs. our baselines: • Mean resting HR: down 1.5 bpm • Recovery score: up ~11.6 points, adjusted for total sleep Two people. One month. But we feel we’re onto something. If you train seriously and want to train more consistently while recovering faster, we’re opening an exclusive founding beta cohort for ~25 runners. Your feedback will shape what we build. Details in the link below. Apply here: feelglint.com/founding-beta
For the past 2 months, @antriksssh and I ran the strictest health experiment we've ever done. Zero added sugar, caffeine, or processed food. 6 workouts a week. 10k steps a day. A sleep schedule we didn't break. Not a single chip packet was opened (iykyk). We tracked the results on @WHOOP, and they've genuinely surprised us. Breaking down the full protocol and everything that changed in this thread.

📣 Huge update!! We raised $9.5M. And we’re introducing @multiply_ads - the first hybrid AI media agency for B2B. We help high-ambition B2B companies find new customers faster. Marketing is at the center of every great company. But advertising is broken. You launch campaigns…and the ads go stale. Almost right away. So we built something different: Self-Learning Ads. Ads that continuously improve based on what your customers actually care about. We connect to internal sales data (sales calls, CRM, etc) and automatically generate new ads. We built the AI and have the in-house experts to manage the campaigns. Proud to partner and manage the ads machine for many of the top B2B companies, including Vanta, Listen Labs, and Superhuman. We’re already seeing ad performance grow by 300-500% for standout companies. Our round was led by @MayfieldFund - with @patricksalyer joining our board, with @sorensoncap, Instacart Co-Founder @max, and Google Head of Gemini & Google Labs @joshwoodward. Thank you to @Forbes and @CharlieFink for the feature. Kudos to the amazing people who are in the trenches building @hellowrie_, @KateePeek @pdp46 @ashishwarty @EmilZawatski @ArthurDvor50439 My mom was a marketer. I studied marketing at The Wharton School. I marketed products at @Google, and cracked growth strategy at @brexHQ. I was raised in this world, and proud to contribute to its next chapter.

After almost a decade, I have made the decision to leave OpenAI.  The company’s trajectory has been nothing short of miraculous, and I’m confident that OpenAI will build AGI that is both safe and beneficial under the leadership of @sama, @gdb, @miramurati and now, under the excellent research leadership of @merettm.  It was an honor and a privilege to have worked together, and I will miss everyone dearly.   So long, and thanks for everything. I am excited for what comes next — a project that is very personally meaningful to me about which I will share details in due time.
