Here’s my ultimate long-term thesis on $HIMS:
$HIMS might be one of the most misunderstood consumer healthcare platforms in the market.
And when I say $HIMS is a middle man, I do not mean that in a bad way.
I mean it the same way I look at other platform businesses:
$SPOT does not own the music
$NFLX does not own theaters
$AMZN does not make most of the products sold on its platform
YouTube does not make the videos
They own the distribution.
They own the audience.
They own the attention.
That is where the value is.
And this is exactly why I keep coming back to $HIMS.
A lot of people still look at it like just another telehealth company.
I do not.
I see a healthcare distribution platform with elite consumer branding and marketing.
Yesterday I took another deep look at their Super Bowl commercials (2025 and 2026) and honestly… their marketing is not talked about enough.
I’m really into movies, camera work, pacing, effects, framing, the way scenes are shot… and $HIMS gets it.
Their commercials do not feel like generic healthcare ads.
They feel modern.
They feel cinematic.
They feel intentional.
They suck you in.
The camera shots are strong.
The pacing keeps your attention.
The effects are clean.
The message is sharp.
That matters way more than people think.
Because great marketing does not just make an ad look cool.
Great marketing builds trust.
Great marketing creates attention.
Great marketing makes consumers remember you.
Great marketing makes people want to buy through you.
And this is where I think the $APPL comparison gets interesting.
Apple did not invent the smartphone.
Apple did not invent wireless earbuds.
Apple did not invent VR headsets.
But what $APPL does better than almost anyone is package, market, and sell the experience.
Sometimes the winning company is not the one that invents everything first.
Sometimes it is the company that presents it best, builds the strongest brand around it, and gets consumers to trust them the most.
That is exactly why Apple became so dominant.
They took categories that already existed and made people want their version of it.
That is what elite marketing does.
And I think $HIMS has a similar strength in healthcare.
Not because it is “the Apple of healthcare”…
But because they understand branding, presentation, and consumer attention way better than most companies in this space.
If you are great at marketing, have millions of subscribers, and already own the customer relationship, other companies will eventually want access to that audience.
Why?
Because $HIMS already has the platform.
It already has the traffic.
It already has the brand.
It already has the marketing engine.
So if another company wants to sell a product, partnering with $HIMS starts making a lot of sense.
That is why I think the long-term story here is much bigger than just one product.
It is not just hair loss.
Not just ED.
Not just GLP-1s.
Not just peptides.
It is about building a consumer healthcare platform that becomes the place people go to first.
If they own the audience, the trust, the platform, and the marketing… they can still win massive.
And this is exactly why I think we are still early on $HIMS at a $4-5B market cap.
Because if the market is still valuing this mostly as a telehealth company, while it is quietly becoming a scaled healthcare distribution platform with elite branding and partner value, then I think people are still missing how big this can become over the next 5-10 years.
The market is still focused on the noise.
I’m focused on the platform.

fall in love with reality, not ideals
—
ideal: this woman is perfect
reality: shes a regular person with flaws & who makes mistakes
—
ideal: when i’m a multimillionaire my life’s gonna be perfect
reality: you’re probably gonna be working your ass off, stressed & on the phone all the time
—
ideal: when i’m in shape i’m gonna have endless energy & motivation
reality: your lazy tendencies are always gonna be there and you’ll still have to fight your brain to get your ass to the gym
