Oops I did it again. Global Cup 24/25: 3rd place with 97% Couldn’t trade a lot this years championship. So much stuff going on in my life. Totally I trade a couple of months, but still Premium setups only. When you’re a professional the importance of trading frequency is secondary. Still can’t see @I_Am_The_ICT in the leaderboard, hopefully he will join next year and finally prove himself! @andreacimi @Fabervaale

Teaching trading online is harder than I thought. My friend and trading mentor Tom has taught me trading 1on1 since day 1. There was no discord server, no online live streaming sessions. Me and my team recently decided to launch our first online mentorship program with @WorldClassEdge and the road hasn’t been free of bumps. The online approach is much more different than the in-person one for so many reasons. Plus we are German. Our English is not 100% on point. So there were some Teething problems. Thats why we scheduled a gradual delivery of all the content and our knowledge. But this doesn’t always work. To be 100% honest I was sad to see that despite most students being happy with the content, some of our students in the first month or so, have felt somewhat underwhelmed by the content. But after months of work and brainstorming we are now starting to finally deliver everything we promised. We are now squarely focused on over-delivering. Here is one of the most recent feedbacks on the mentorship. Hope this can be inspiring for all traders. Thank you for everyone who trusted us and are being a part of the journey and special thanks to @andreacimi @Fabervaale for guiding us through this process.

Competitive trading and Professional (real) trading are RADICALLY different. +143%. Lets wrap up 2024! 🥳 🥂 Unlike real trading, which is more similar to a solo-marathon where it's just you and the market... Being in a trading competition means your goal is not to achieve stable returns through time. No: you want to WIN the race! As you can see from the latest part of my 2024 World Cup Championship Verified Equity Curve, after hitting a top at around 200%, December has not been free of challenges. The competitive nature of Trading in the Championships led me to purposefully choose to increase the risk profile in order to have higher chances to give a big final boost to the overall performance. But that's the reality of trading: Increasing the risk profile can always work in your favor (reward), or against (draw-down)! This year, unlike 2021 and 2022, but similarly to 2023, increasing risk has backfired. What played a role in the backfire is also all the psychological challenges that naturally occur when you have "all eyes on you". Trading is full of animal spirits already: imagine putting those spirits on a public competition! So, to wrap up this 2024, I'm happy and grateful to still having achieved a great performance in this stressful and competitive environment. Championships are not about who is "the best trader". There is no such thing as a "best trader". It's more of a "stress-test". It's about proving that your edge, your experience, your strategy can withstand and perform well regardless of the added psychological burden (and sky high commission, lol). And I'm happy to say my team and I proved once again that our approach can do it. For the 8th competition in a raw and 4th year in a raw. I hope and wish you got valuable lessons in your 2024 and that 2025 you will be able to reap the fruits. Is there a “best trading strategy”? Yes: the one that is best for YOU. It’s crucial to find a mentor who isn’t just teaching you concepts or entry patterns. But who teaches you how te adapt it to yourself and to your own unique psychology. That’s what my friend and mentor Tom did for me and for all of our students. 1 strategy cannot work the same way to everyone. It’s gonna take some time, trial and errors to find your own. Instead of What is The Best strategy, you should ask yourself: Are you a good fit to be scalper? Are you better off as a swing trader? Are you a trend follower or a counter trader?
