Myoepithelial carcinoma from upcoming @ARP_Press fascicle. Nodular pattern of pushing invasion, zonal nodules w hypercellular edge & hyalinized/ necrotic core. Squamous metaplasia and myxoid stroma. ~1/2 arise from PA, many with PLAG1 or HMGA2 fusions. Unpredictable behavior.
