really excellent point by @SundayMargot about the conflation of student representation and student voice- sometimes those with lived experience have no ways to express or influence #buildingbelonging
really good to hear about the importance of groupwork for belonging from @wonkHE, and the emphasis on the collaborative process. But we do need to learn how to support students to work collaboratively and not assume the skills naturally develop #buildingbelonging
looking forward to some interesting conversations about belonging at the @Wonkhe Belong from the Beginning conference today and that we do focus on staff & student belonging, plus the structural barriers #buildingbelonging
