Reckless unplanned construction is the only "development" govt promotes and celberates because thats where the money is made.

I understand commute and infr is required but if the government would have been serious about it they wouldn't be reducing the no of buses so drastically, if anything it should be increasing it always. Any good city abroad has robust bus system and you see people of all strata's of society travelling by it. Here it's opposite.
We have been tricked by the modern world into this false narrative.

Moment the entire RW bandwagon in India jumped in, it was known to be staged.
Put a soulless, data-driven consultant who has never even seen a basketball court or a running track up close in charge.
Increase profits while destroying the retail distribution system and betraying a multitude of 20-year-long partnerships.
Bottom line: US tech is winning.
This is where growth is happening.
This is an undeniable fact now.
Buy Small/Midcaps?
For starters, the risk on Mid/Small caps is much higher than large caps.
So if you are taking higher risk, you should be getting higher rewards, right?
But, pick any reasonable time line (3,5,7,10 years): compare QQQ (US Tech) with Small/Mid cap, adjust returns in 1 currency and see returns.
Here is the complete data set:
Bottom line: US tech is winning.
This is where growth is happening.
This is an undeniable fact now.
I'm not against buying Small/Mid caps. But buy when you get at a massive discount (which would compensate for the risk). Else, stick to US Tech.

80C limit has been ₹1.5 lakh since 2014. Inflation since 2014: 80%.
The government's generosity has not kept pace with its own monetary policy.
Quick action, and hard conversations early, changes the trajectory of everything for the better.
Avoidance creates chaos. It breaks things.
It eats people & organizations alive from the inside out.
You want peace, alignment & momentum?

Frontier labs are posting historic revenue growth — roughly a $30B annualized run rate at the leader by April 2026, a figure Salesforce needed two decades to reach — while the price of the intelligence they sell collapses underneath them.

The reason why we are in an AI bubble isn't because LLMs don't provide value. They do! It's because they are turning into a commodity and commodity stocks don't trade at asset light tech multiples.
The older I get, the more I realise that some lessons arrive as answers. The important ones arrive as better questions. Also, after some point, the question stops being "What do I do?" and becomes "Who am I becoming?".. no one teaches to notice, observe and nurture that question

I learnt a long time ago that there is a big difference between making a living and making a life. In the times to come, AI will get increasingly better at the skills that we've used to make a living. Our imperative will be to instead make lives. Not artificial lives. Or artificial lives. But our own lives and of those we love. As machines get better at answering, and solving what they are asked, our work is to get better at asking, at making, creating, and deciding which questions are worth a life, and refusing to outsource that.

All this drama of going to 5 foreign countries every month to bring "business" is plain stupid.
Solve basics things, like:-
1) No dogs/animals on roads
2) Proper garbage collection
3) Easy availability of taxis (& fair pricing)
This itself boosts tourism by 15-20% especially foreign tourists. And, helps bring foreign $ (which we desperately need now).
Best part: the budget for 1 foreign visit can be used to solve all above issues in places like Goa.
We won't do it. Because we are "talk" economy.
Not an action economy.
It is common sense to pick low hanging fruits first.
But, who cares about common sense.
