A country whose gentry practised the barbaric sport of fox hunting until very recently is surprised that India, still a relatively poor country can do something as seemingly ‘selfless’ as protecting other creatures.
This assumption is not merely patronising; it is historically illiterate.
The British Empire’s hunting culture had a devastating impact on India’s wildlife.
Hunting expeditions and shikar were not merely recreational pursuits; they contributed to the systematic slaughter of tigers, leopards, elephants and other wildlife on an enormous scale.
Even in America, the destruction of the bison on an industrial scale by settlers led an Native American Chief to write a letter to a US President lamenting the White Man’s attitude of destruction to life and environment.
Native American beliefs and traditions had a deeper and more evolved philosophy than western society could ever understand.
Conservation is not a luxury invented by the wealthy West. India has its own long traditions of reverence for animals, forests, rivers and the natural world.

The irony is that the tweet is trying to lecture others about “context” while missing the actual meaning of musallam.
Murgh Musallam literally refers to a whole/complete chicken preparation; musallam is an adjective meaning whole/complete, not a synonym for “Muslim.” The same culinary usage can apply to Gobi Musallam.
So adding musallam to gobhi isn't “decontextualising” anything. It is simply using an existing Urdu/Persian-derived culinary adjective in the same grammatical sense.
Also, “many a times” is grammatically wrong. Maybe fix the English before giving everyone a lesson in linguistics. 😄
