A paid subscriber left this comment yesterday: "I like your practical content without usual BS."
Thatβs the whole business model in one sentence: Does this actually help, or is it more noise dressed up as insight?
One sentence like that is worth more than a hundred polite likes.
A B2B founder booked $55,450 in pipeline in 14 days.
No sales team or agency. He ran the email campaign himself, from a terminal.
The system is 5 Claude Code Skills:
β Reads your closed-won deals and scores who's ready to buy. One team: 41 deals in, 22 scored accounts out, 15 minutes
β Extracts the buying pattern from your CRM notes
β Writes cold emails under 80 words. One founder went from a 0.9% to a 7.6% reply rate
β Strips the sales voice that gets you marked as spam
β Maps warm intro paths through your own network
Each Skill is a file. Drop it into Claude Code, point it at your data, run it.

The "outbound is dead" crowd got embarrassed by data.
@poyark surveyed 195 GTM leaders on their 2026 investments. The results:
- Buyers absolutely hate "AI slop cannons" (AI SDRs came in dead last at 26%).
but,
- Intent-based outbound took the #2 spot overall (44% are increasing investment).
How's that? Those winning at outbound are leveraging AI to RESEARCH deeper instead of AUTOMATING more.
Here are the 3 things I've found that are separating the winners from the spammers:
1. The signal writes the copy:
A founding team I worked with last quarter targeted just 315 prospects over 14 days.
We didn't use lazy firmographics ("CFOs at Series B SaaS"). Instead,Β we added these signals to our research:
* Raised in the last 90 days.
* Posted a Head of Finance role 2 weeks ago.
* G2 reviews complaining about slow month-end closes.
The first line of the message wrote itself: "Raising a Series B usually means the finance team doubles before the systems do."
2. Reply rate is a vanity metric and Pipeline is the only truth:
That campaign got 'only' a 2.5% reply rate.
By LinkedIn guru standards, that's a flop.Β But that campaign generated $55,450 in pipeline.
Teams often optimise for the wrong metric, see a flat pipeline, and declare outbound "broken."
Reply rate is just a directional signal. Pipeline is the only number that pays the bills.
3. The phone call nobody talks about:
Here's what I don't see any team doing: Half of our booked meetings came from prospects who never replied to a single email, but:
- They visited the landing page (send.co) shared in Email 2.
- Then watched a short video tied to their specific signal. (tracked)
- They got a phone call within the hour from the sales rep.
While the problem was still top of mind. The fastest conversion from warm signal to booked meeting is a phone call. Everything else is too slow!
Outbound that works does these three things:
* Initial outreach upon signals.
+ A resource actually worth sending.
+ A phone call the moment they engage.
Zero AI SDRs required.

π€ Made with AI
Almost everyone accepts the first answer their AI generates.
But these models are fundamentally designed to please you. Take any output and simply ask: "Are you sure?"
It will instantly apologise. It will backtrack on its own logic. It will give you a completely different answer.
The model folds under the slightest human pressure.
Accepting the first draft is pure laziness. Push the tool to its absolute limits, or the tool will limit you.
Three reasons Claude Skills change how founders run GTM: repeatability, compounding and speed.
1. Repeatability.Every prospect list scores the same way, every email follows the same logic. The output last Monday and the output this Monday are produced by the same instructions, which means your system stops being something you βdo well when you have timeβ and becomes something that just happens.
2. Compounding. Each Skill you write makes the next one cheaper. Reference files get reused across multiple Skills. Three months in, you have a library that works for your business specifically, not a generic GTM stack lifted from someone elseβs playbook.
3. Speed. A workflow that took 90 minutes the first time runs in 10 once the Skill exists. The system survives a busy week, which is the only kind of week founders have.
Hereβs how to build a lean outreach campaign in 15 minutes, with Claude Code + lead enrichment tool.
