Insuring against the buyer not paying is a separate market with different rules.
Physical risk can be surveyed. Commercial risk has to be inferred from records held by the people whose risk it is.

GitHub activity provides a useful lens.
A snapshot of the latest 30-day developer activity across major blockchain ecosystems shows a wide gap in engineering throughput.
A few signals stand out.
Sui leads in both commits and active developers.
Ethereum is different: 211 merged PRs against 228 commits points to substantial review and integration activity.
IOTA is particularly notable: 36 active developers, 332 commits and 90 merged PRs.
Hedera also stands out with 113 merged PRs from 34 active developers.
For institutional observers, the important question isn't simply:
“Which blockchain has the most developers?”
It's:
“Where is engineering capacity being deployed and how broadly?”
That means tracking:
→ Active developers
→ Commits
→ PRs merged
→ New contributors
→ Repository breadth
→ Release activity
→ Development velocity over time
Raw commit counts aren't enough.
A mature protocol, a rapidly expanding ecosystem and a project undergoing a major architectural transition can all produce very different GitHub signatures.
The codebase is becoming an important signal for understanding where Web3 infrastructure is actually being built.

Its 2025 Rebased Mainnet upgrade turned it into a full L1 with 50,000 TPS and Move smart contracts
It has active development in digitizing global trade and supply chains via its TWIN platform, alongside digital identity solutions
It actively expandes across Africa, Europe, and Southeast Asia
I have not seen a single big account talk about it. Still very early and very close to it's ATL
It’s not a coin to get into heavily but I really like the current R:R for a small spot bag
