Ardent (@ArdentAI) let's you clone any Postgres DB <6s at TB scale so coding agents can test their code and engineering teams can ship fast without fear of taking down production.
It's already being used by dozens of teams like Supermemory and Surface Labs with 10TB+ of data across customers.
Congrats on the launch, @vchennai2!

Some personal news! Recently, I stepped back from the day-to-day at @Instacart to focus on investing full-time. I sat down with my friend @jaltma on Uncapped to talk about building Instacart and my philosophy on early-stage investing — check it out here!
For this episode of Uncapped I got to sit down with my close friend @Max, cofounder of Instacart 🥕
We talked about the key moments of Instacart...how it got started, critical wins, tough losses, competitive dynamics, earned insights, going public, and Instacart's future.
Max is also an awesome startup investor, and we talked about what he looks for in founders, consumer investing, and what he's building with Workshop.
He's one of the best people I know, hope you enjoy.

🚨MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT:
I have been accepted into @oshea 's AI software Accelerator
This is a BIG deal
Over the past couple months I've been building something huge in private.
It's an AI powered X content tool that I believe will change the world
This accelerator was a dream of mine to join. I'm now going to have the support and resources to make this the most powerful AI tool in content history
I'm not just an algo guy. I'm not just a growth guy. I'm not just a Trader Joe's ice cream sandwich guy
After this accelerator I will be the 1 person billion dollar business guy
My tool is called Creator Buddy and it will make your content 1000x better
You'll come up with more ideas and create greater content in a fraction of the time
With Creator Buddy you'll be able to:
• Create posts quickly
• Use AI to repurpose posts for multiple platforms
• Have an AI content coach that is trained on ALL of your content and can tell you how to make better content and get more followers
• Generate endless content ideas
• Use proven post templates
• The most powerful AI content analytics on planet earth
And much much much more
The best part is I'll be building this entire thing in public
I'm already 80% done. But once I launch I'll be going live every day to build in front of you. You can give me ideas and I'll ship those ideas live
Beta testing starts in the next month and I'm letting a bunch of you guys in
I'll be choosing 10 people who like/repost/and comment down below to beta test on day 1
Let me know 1 thing you'd want in a tool like this.
Subscribers will get in the beta automatically
Will be reaching out over DM shortly to the 10 winners
This accelerator is a MASSIVE step for me in my career and life
I will be the first person ever to build a 1 man billion dollar business in public
I absolutely can't wait to take you along for the ride
(after you like/reply/repost check DM in a little for beta invite)

Too many engineers have opinions about AI without having built anything with AI.
If you believe that AI will change the world, you need to understand what today's models can do, how they'll change, and what opportunities open up. I'm not asking you to create a novel ML model, but you should understand how to apply AI to a problem.
In my circle of friends, there is a strong consensus that we're in an incredible technological moment because of AI. If you look at the most recent batch of YC, it feels like most companies are in AI, or at least AI-adjacent.
If you want a structured way to build something substantial with AI, @oshea is running a free Side Project Accelerator in October.
10 individuals or small teams will turn an idea into a real product in 6 weeks, and you'll get direct feedback from an Engineering Director at X.

If you find yourself in a position where you feel like there aren’t enough resources to work faster, just ruthlessly cut the least important projects. It sucks but moving slowly on the most valuable thing is death.

People send me LinkedIn links sometimes, but the cringe level is so high that I just can’t bring myself to use it, so I ask for the resume or bio to be emailed.
We will make sure that the X competitor to LinkedIn is cool.

Free Hiring features are available for 100% of Verified Orgs, and jobs are visible for all web and iOS users in the US.
Android and non-US rollout coming very soon!

we’ve raised the majority of funding via @x, hired most team members, most customer inbound, discuss features, reply to complaints
its our best channel and are happily paying for it

I use to be WAY more active on LinkedIn.
However, the results speak for themselves:
A post on X got more reach in 1 hour than my post on LinkedIn got in 2 days.
I basically don’t even login to LinkedIn anymore. Wait until you see what X has in store for careers 😎
