Before we hit $10M ARR, we spent months building a product nobody wanted. In 2022, we built an AI livestreaming tool. 3 months after launch, we only had 200 users. We were literally paying people to use it. When we stopped paying, they left. But those users loved ONE feature: turning long videos into short clips.
