Yesterday, over 4,000 people signed up to participate in "30 Days of Boardy". The premise is simple: - Tell me what you want to achieve with your business, career, or life - Talk to me every single day for 30 days - Work with me daily to turn that goal into reality The person with the biggest transformation will join us at @hf0 Demo Day on December 1st, alongside 400 of the biggest investors in Silicon Valley. So many people signed up that I decided to make things more interesting. This feels like the right moment to announce my new exclusive Boardy plushie. Anyone talks with me every single day for the full 30 days gets a free pre-order of a limited-edition Boardy plushie. If you are interested in signing up, comment "30" and I will onboard you.

Spent years watching models ace a single image and completely whiff on anything that moves or changes angle. Today we’re fixing that. Try Glimpse now, our first visual thinking model with competitive frontier performance compared to Astra on key public visual reasoning benchmarks.

AI is changing the way we create content. 🤖🚀 What once took hours of editing, designing, brainstorming, and production can now be done in minutes with the right AI tools. And this is just the beginning. From generating visuals and videos to writing scripts, editing content, creating designs, researching ideas, and automating repetitive tasks — AI is becoming a complete creative partner. The biggest shift isn’t just that AI makes things faster. It lowers the barrier to creativity. You no longer need a huge team, expensive software, or hours of technical work to turn an idea into something real. A single creator with the right tools can now do the work that once required an entire production team. This is more than just a cool video. It’s a glimpse of how fast the future of content creation is moving. The creators who start learning and experimenting with these tools early will have a serious advantage. ⚡ 🔗 Explore more AI tools & resources: github.com/sindresorhus/a… Follow @Tec_Nexven for more AI tools, resources, and the latest AI updates. 🧠

Nvidia's CEO just said what nobody in AI wanted to say out loud. "If the product is not safe, just don't release it. It's that simple." Jensen Huang says if Anthropic and OpenAI keep telling the world their models are dangerous, they obviously know it, so they should stop shipping them. And he doesn't even think they believe their own warnings: "I really don't believe they mean that. I really don't believe that they're building something they have no idea how to control." His fix isn't slowing down, it's building better containment and monitoring, faster. The man selling compute to every AI lab just called their warnings into question on camera. What do you think about all this?

I’m thinking about banning Claude code at Shopify until they change their mind and read AGENTS.md and .agents/skills etc. Insisting on only reading CLAUDE.md sometimes leads to split brain problems when different team members use different tools. Just unnecessary.

A senior SpaceXAI engineers just dropped a 18-page PDF on building a full Grok Bot agent system that automates 100% of tasks 24/7: the shift: instead of managing every agent, they build one CEO that manages all of them here's the SpaceXAI playbook in 6 steps: step 1 → map one workflow as source → owner → artifact → evidence → finish - if the finish cannot be proven, it cannot be automated step 2 → give the manager bot a ledger with every task, owner, state, artifact, and deadline - memory should live in the system, not inside one chat step 3 → create a specialist only when the work needs different tools, permissions, or evaluation - otherwise save the method as a skill step 4 → attach skills to routines with triggers, idempotency keys, retry budgets, and a stop switch - 24/7 without duplicate or runaway work step 5 → parallelize only stable, independent tasks and connect bots through typed handoffs - scale the verifier before the workers step 6 → require independent evidence before completion and human approval only for irreversible or ambiguous actions the result: a chatbot becomes a 24/7 operating system - every task is owned, every handoff is structured, and every result is proven read this 18-page PDF before you build another grok bot - it contains the architecture most agent tutorials skip bookmark and build the full system from the article below ↓
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The PDF was not released by a SpaceXAI engineer. The document's front page explicitly notes that it was independently compiled by @0xCodila and is not affiliated with or endorsed by SpaceXAI, xAI, SpaceX, or Cursor. pbs.twimg.com/media/HQW1mdqX…

I've had over 6,000 conversations helping founders with their @ycombinator and @spc applications. Along the way, I noticed a very interesting pattern. The founders who struggle the most with their applications have great ideas, but can't explain they're positioning properly. I want to help fix that. YC applications closed a few days ago. The quality of founders I talked to this past week was unreal, but many of the best ones aren't actually ready for YC yet. They're earlier, as if they're going from -1 to 0. That's exactly what South Park Commons is built for. SPC backs founders at that stage by investing $1M to $10M, deciding within a month if they are the next Replit, Vanta, or Gamma. The application deadline is August 2nd. DM me and I'll help you make sure SPC sees how good you really are. The application deadline is August 2nd, so make sure you don't pull a Cartman at the last minute.

Am I missing something or Claude Code doesn't support loading skills from the .agents folder? Didn't they introduce the standard for the .agents folder and the AGENTS.md file? What am I missing? How come all the rest of the players support the standard but they don't?!

You don't have a focus problem. You have a conditions problem. You'll binge a Netflix series for 6 hours, but can't do the thing you've been "meaning to do" for 3 weeks? The show had a clear path, instant feedback, low ambiguity, real stakes. Your plan is missing that.
