Only 1 in 50 AI investments deliver transformational value. Because the 70% that matters — human development — is being completely ignored.  They bought the Stradivarius and fired the music teacher.  Full piece → open.substack.com/pub/opherb…

How do we use increasingly capable machines to expand human possibility, without reorganizing society around the machines’ needs?

Spent years watching models ace a single image and completely whiff on anything that moves or changes angle. Today we’re fixing that. Try Glimpse now, our first visual thinking model with competitive frontier performance compared to Astra on key public visual reasoning benchmarks.

AI is changing the way we create content. 🤖🚀 What once took hours of editing, designing, brainstorming, and production can now be done in minutes with the right AI tools. And this is just the beginning. From generating visuals and videos to writing scripts, editing content, creating designs, researching ideas, and automating repetitive tasks — AI is becoming a complete creative partner. The biggest shift isn’t just that AI makes things faster. It lowers the barrier to creativity. You no longer need a huge team, expensive software, or hours of technical work to turn an idea into something real. A single creator with the right tools can now do the work that once required an entire production team. This is more than just a cool video. It’s a glimpse of how fast the future of content creation is moving. The creators who start learning and experimenting with these tools early will have a serious advantage. ⚡ 🔗 Explore more AI tools & resources: github.com/sindresorhus/a… Follow @Tec_Nexven for more AI tools, resources, and the latest AI updates. 🧠

So many people are measuring the wrong thing, some of them are executives and others are managers and entrepreneurs. My advice to you: Don't measure how much AI you know. Measure what you can repeatedly accomplish with AI that you could not accomplish before.

Nvidia's CEO just said what nobody in AI wanted to say out loud. "If the product is not safe, just don't release it. It's that simple." Jensen Huang says if Anthropic and OpenAI keep telling the world their models are dangerous, they obviously know it, so they should stop shipping them. And he doesn't even think they believe their own warnings: "I really don't believe they mean that. I really don't believe that they're building something they have no idea how to control." His fix isn't slowing down, it's building better containment and monitoring, faster. The man selling compute to every AI lab just called their warnings into question on camera. What do you think about all this?

When was the last time something you depend on for stability got tested by you, on purpose, rather than by circumstance?

Risk-averse minimises variance. Risk-managed prices variance and stays in the game. Most people default to the former and narrate it as the latter.

Executives talk to me about AI fluency, and how much they invest in courses and platforms for their employees. Most of the fail to understand the difference between “AI Fluency” and what I preach:

In @impro_ai Before working with large corporations on their AI goal, we ask the executives to chart the last three years of initiatives honestly. Most organizations skip this because it’s humiliating.

I’m thinking about banning Claude code at Shopify until they change their mind and read AGENTS.md and .agents/skills etc. Insisting on only reading CLAUDE.md sometimes leads to split brain problems when different team members use different tools. Just unnecessary.

A senior SpaceXAI engineers just dropped a 18-page PDF on building a full Grok Bot agent system that automates 100% of tasks 24/7: the shift: instead of managing every agent, they build one CEO that manages all of them here's the SpaceXAI playbook in 6 steps: step 1 → map one workflow as source → owner → artifact → evidence → finish - if the finish cannot be proven, it cannot be automated step 2 → give the manager bot a ledger with every task, owner, state, artifact, and deadline - memory should live in the system, not inside one chat step 3 → create a specialist only when the work needs different tools, permissions, or evaluation - otherwise save the method as a skill step 4 → attach skills to routines with triggers, idempotency keys, retry budgets, and a stop switch - 24/7 without duplicate or runaway work step 5 → parallelize only stable, independent tasks and connect bots through typed handoffs - scale the verifier before the workers step 6 → require independent evidence before completion and human approval only for irreversible or ambiguous actions the result: a chatbot becomes a 24/7 operating system - every task is owned, every handoff is structured, and every result is proven read this 18-page PDF before you build another grok bot - it contains the architecture most agent tutorials skip bookmark and build the full system from the article below ↓

The post falsely claims a senior SpaceXAI engineer "just dropped" an 18-page PDF. It is a working note compiled by the poster from public materials; the document itself states it "is not an internal SpaceXAI specification." drive.google.com/file/d/1ek73Ir… x.ai/news/introduci… docs.x.ai/grok-bot/skill… x.com/0xCodila/statu…
