Refreshed @operately's Readme (showing before vs after) Changing your company OS is a big commitment, people won’t try it casually. I wanted the Readme to show enough of our philosophy and approach to make the research feel worthwhile.

On @operately's website, we say you can install it in under 5 minutes. That’s not marketing fluff, it’s a promise we take seriously. We’ve seen products promising "easy 5-minute setups" that turn out to be anything but. We’re not about that. To keep ourselves honest, we regularly run user tests to make sure that the "under 5 minutes" standard isn’t just achievable but real and repeatable. Take this morning's test for instance. I'm preparing the new release and running the installation test. I'm installing on a small Hetzner server (2 vCPU, 4GB). The full setup? Done in 2 minutes flat.
