After talking to @sureforms support and then saying WPML support is being worked on right now and @oopspamapi already added support for Sure Forms (waiting for a hook to be added to be able to show the spam report message), I went in and got their LTD.

We have identified a new massive spam campaign using @scratch domain reputation to spam others. Example: scratch.mit.edu/projects/916… MIT's Scratch does not require login to post. There seems to be no spam/abuse detection.
