No fluff. Just honest feedback from the people doing the work. That's one of the things our Sr. Director of Product, Robert Bales, appreciates most about MaintainX customers. They know what they need, they're not afraid to tell us, and that kind of direct feedback helps our team build better products for the frontline. 💪

Great products are built with the people who actually use them. Our Product Manager, Ruth Guan, shares how the MaintainX product team works closely with customers and design partners to test features in real maintenance environments. From noisy factory floors to unreliable Wi-Fi, the details matter. Staying close to our customers helps us build solutions that work in the environments where maintenance actually happens.

Better industrial AI starts with the people closest to the work. In his latest article for @Forbes, @CTurlica, Head of MaintainX, explains how manufacturers can turn frontline knowledge into a competitive advantage with AI, starting with better data capture, practical workflows, and small wins that build over time. Because the most valuable data for your operation is the data only your team can provide. 🔗 Read the full article: bit.ly/4y5PFpb #IndustrialAI #Manufacturing #MaintenanceManagement

What a week with this crew in Montreal! 💙 Nearly 60 teammates from the MaintainX Marketing and Autodesk Operations teams came together from across North America and Argentina for our latest onsite. We celebrated Q3 wins, got a look at what’s ahead on the product roadmap, and spent time brainstorming what we want to build next together. And, of course, we made time for some fun. Arcade games, karaoke, a cooking class, and a hike up Mount Royal made for a pretty packed two days! The best part was spending time together and hearing the same sentiment again and again: gratitude for the people we get to work alongside every day. We’re pretty lucky to have this group 🫶

One last look back at #IMTS2026 💙 An event this big takes a lot of people to pull off. Nearly every team across MaintainX had a hand in bringing our @IMTSchicago experience to life, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who made it happen. A huge thank you as well to @amtonline and everyone behind IMTS for another incredible show. Chicago, we had a blast. See you at IMTS 2028! 👋

The AI conversation at IMTS wasn't about potential. It was about proof 🔎 Real applications. Real deployments. Real examples of manufacturers putting AI to work. In this clip from The Wrench Factor podcast, @MFGMillennial and @theNickHaase talk about the shift they saw at IMTS and why the gap between companies embracing AI and those that aren't could grow quickly. 🎙️ Watch the full IMTS episode of The Wrench Factor, live now: youtu.be/ppHS-Vg47Bo Or listen on Spotify!

5 mechanics. 200+ operators. 15 sites. For years, EMR relied on radio calls and paper checklists to keep operators and maintenance aligned. Getting both teams working from the same system changed that. On Oct. 20, EMR’s Kevin Davis joins Cliff West to share how they built trust, uncovered real failure patterns, and improved shutdown time, output, and cost. 📅 Oct. 20 | 1 PM ET Register: bit.ly/4y4hTkf

Decades of manufacturing knowledge are walking out the door as workers retire. Our co-founder, @theNickHaase, joins the @AssemblyMag1 Audible podcast to discuss what that means for the future of maintenance, why capturing knowledge at the point of work matters, and how better data and AI can help the next generation of technicians work safely, efficiently, and productively. Because once that knowledge is gone, you can’t fast-forward years of work history to get it back. 😬 ➡️ Listen to the full episode: assemblymag.com/media/podcas…

What if the fix for your next equipment breakdown already happened before? MaintainX was featured as @Newsweek's AI Use Case of the Week, highlighting how Proterra uses MaintainX to turn years of work orders and past repairs into knowledge technicians can use when equipment goes down. Our co-founder, @theNickHaase, explains how AI can surface similar failures and past fixes, behaving more like “an experienced colleague” who has seen the failure before. bit.ly/4AEDliu #IndustrialAI #DigitalTransformation
