lol..Sonnet on medium effort, in a freaking chat window debugged a simple codebase that had the whole Gemini Army struggling for days. This basically unlocked my respect for Anthropic on a whole new level. And it’s the way Sonnet went about it that awed me the most. Imagine I had taken that to Opus, I’d have received an insult before the fix.

Ghana has won gold at the 46th World Chess Olympiad in Samarkand, Uzbekistan. Our women’s team finished top of rating category D, and seven Ghanaian players earned international titles. Our best Olympiad so far!

Grok 4.7 should be roughly on par with Opus 5.0, not 5.1. Better in some ways, worse in others. We need to fix multimodal performance. Grok 4.8 will be a noticeable improvement. Grok 4.9 is probably Astra/Fable class. Grok 5 maybe better than anything. We shall see.

The notes from OpenAI actually explained what caused them to behave that way and it all adds up. The only interesting thing was how they hid the second round of message exchange in plain sight. Some of the agents didn’t follow through cos they didn’t inherit the shared context passed down by the rogue ones. The pollution was caused by something fixable. It’s not all doom! I do feel at this point there’s some serious marketing going on underneath the scare tactics.

No wonder the toddler is unhinged once again. The Obamas are competent, classy, loving, Harvard and Princeton graduates, loved by many, not on the Epstein files, got the Nobel Peace Prize, and gave us a steady economy to boot! Repost this if you agree they are AMAZING!

rushing blinds you to the moves that actually change your path. slow steps expose the details that unlock everything. life feels lighter when you stop sprinting toward things that grow better with time. patience builds a foundation speed can never touch.

Rushing through life is the slowest way to get anywhere meaningful. A calm, intentional pace builds more than frantic speed ever will. Slow down. Move with purpose. Life becomes richer when you actually live it, not race through it.
