#CustomerNotice: Water Supply Interruption in Some Parts of Nairobi City County!
Bro said there are boreholes in Mt.Kenya, dug by govt 🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂
a place full of running permanent rivers .
Replying to @LiveLetLiveKe
The boreholes in mt kenya were dug by government and the area community only connected their homes with the wells
Where does the locals gets billions to build dams and large water wells
Kenya just needs one plan. Cut down tenfold the salaries of MPs & Senators. So that those who actually come in are there to serve the people, not eat.
Strong institutions (Parliament and Senate) is a great leap forward.
Everyone in construction of knows NCA is the last approving authority, after all other approvals (County, NEMA etc) coz they ask for those approvals to register your project.
So if NCA says it's registered. .. all other agencies approved them.
Exactly. Those saying the engineer in question was constantly "not permitted" to inspect the project; he had the power & right to ask/tell the approval agencies to remove his name from the project.
He can't cry foul now.
If you as a structural engineer allow your name to be associated with a building construction, there is no escaping liability upon failure. It is your duty of care to report any unprofessional decisions made on site as soon as they occur including if you are fired.
EBK has provided guidelines for SEs professional conduct.
There is no way a building will go 18 floors high unapproved without county's knowledge. Impossible. Hands were greased thoroughly.
Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja says the building that collapsed in Eastleigh was constructed in violation of approved building regulations and that its owner will face legal action.
Rescue teams are carefully removing sections of the rubble to create openings for oxygen to reach people believed to be trapped beneath the debris as the search and rescue operation continues.

Nobody is talking about the prices of Glass and Ceramics in Kenya. Cartels have monopolized the market like nonsense. You buy Micasso, Twyford or Sawa tiles for example and all the money goes to KEDA. Zero competition in the market, Tumeisha!!

Ahsante sana @rigathi and Mama Dorcas for inviting the @LindaMwananchi_ team to your Wamunyoro residence today. We believe this is a first of many engagements that will foster unity within the opposition as we gear up to the General Elections. Mbele kuzuri.
