@omor214 has helped his students make an estimated $2.5M+ in prop firm payouts. In the full interview, he explains why most self-taught traders never build a real edge, how he uses data to validate a strategy, and why your win rate might not be as reliable as you think. Filmed live at @propfirmexpo, @Wordsofrizdom panel hosted by Riz Iqbal. 🎥

Tried out this Free game by @omor214 last night and I must say it’s very educational & insightful for traders. Just setting quick parameters and a fixed RR with over 200 draws though a positive result overall seeing the reality of losing streaks, the PNL swings and amount of time in drawdown was eye opening. Trader should definitely check it out! It’s really well put together 🤝
Excited to share that i recently developed a risk management game trainyouredge.com for free. I feel that something like this is missing from the industry, replay platforms are great but they only focus on execution and not on risk management. It doesnt matter how good your execution is if your risk management is poor. There are different game modes to play from depending on what you want to simulate. Play here: trainyouredge.com Any feed back and support is appreciated!

Remember a win rate is just a number and that number can fluctuate in the short runs. How the sequences that build that win rate are made is unknown. If we knew the next winning trade wed size up to the entire remaining equity. In the end we have to handle risk. I hope the game and videos breaking it down are useful, all the best. How the same system can perform very differently through different market conditions and how trainyouredge.com shows that in a gamified way. Remember a win rate is only a number. The sequences of W/L are unknown

Try the game out with your accurate system/performance metrics (win rate and rr etc) and change the realism filters. See how the same system performs in different regimes. It is one thing people dont understand and something not spoken about enough. Any results from games feel free to share under this post
A snippet of me explaining the game and playing a small demo of it. Very detailed settings to let you train your edge under every possible scenario

youtu.be/NKtBB8VLPi0?si=0FiY… One thing people do wrong is how they scale. An effective scaling plan can lead two vastly different results inside of the same time for two people with equal skill. Its actually quite straightforward for trading
