@Hertz could you please explain what is going on? We have been charged the full amount of the reservation plus some extra charge in a separate transaction, have not received rental confirmation, could not get the car, ended up with another reservation to find out you charged us!
And the your customer service @Hertz has been unable to help because we do not have the confirmation number! If this is the thing that got affected by the outage, you still should have the payment on your accounts!
