Everyone talks about which AI model is best. The WEF says that's the wrong question entirely.
The companies winning at AI don't pick a model. They own the control layers — orchestration, context, proprietary data behind internal APIs. Then they swap models in and out as better or cheaper ones appear.
The moment you surrender your control layers to a consultant or vendor for a fast implementation, you've traded speed for captivity. They own your AI program. You just pay for it.
