If the industry requires a 3+ year degree then yes you should probably pay graduates a higher entry level salary

Replying to @PolitlcsUK
At £13.20 an hour, a 40-hour minimum-wage job would pay £27,456 a year. The median advertised graduate salary is around £30,000. Just £2,544 separates them. An interesting question for graduates who've spent three years at university and potentially accumulated substantial debt.

After digesting wildwood i think they either needed to be more ambitious and create a more true to its source material film/limited series OR it should have been heavily edited down and totally cut some characters/scenes that made it feel clunky and confused the world building

One thing about being a girl with coloured hair and a mixed bf is that everyone always immediately assumes he likes anime

WHY are hard house nights not more popular when its such a crowd-pleaser genre. Ik its big in the rave/warehouse scene but why are all the bars stuck either playing 2000s rnb or slick back bun disco house. My heart after 3?espresso martinis is going a lot faster than 120bpm

Im inventing a fun new “bit” where i convince every dj on the same line up to close their sets with a different edit of the same track and see how long it takes the audience to catch on

Gromit's voice has been revealed.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The video promotes the audiobook of the fictional autobiography "Grand: The Autobiography of Gromit" narrated by Martin Freeman. Creator Nick Park stated: "Martin is not doing a Gromit ‘voice’ as such. He’s reading Gromit’s story as Gromit put it." variety.com/2026/film/glob… theguardian.com/film/2026/oct/… independent.co.uk/arts-entertain…
