We just wrapped up our Q3 offsite, and every team member's schedule was different. Some flew in early to explore NYC, some stayed an extra day for client meetings, and some are still there visiting friends or family.
At most companies, that kind of flexibility comes at a cost: The organizer's inbox. Dozens of requests, confirmations, back-and-forth with the hotel, etc.
But with @Workgrounds, every employee was able to change their dates themselves.
Those who stayed late for work had their extra nights covered by the company, and those who wanted extra personal time were able to pay for their dates themselves directly on our platform – and they still got to keep the group rate.

We're seeing a ramp in early stage acquisitions, which was once a staple of venture-backed exits. Some of the same players are involved (Google, Meta), but now OpenAI, Anthropic, SpaceX and others are in the mix too. That's a positive for the ecosystem.
