Why is it important that Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi never come back to power? We do not want to paint a black & white picture: Sonia Gandhi herself lived through terrible tragedies: her mother-in-law, Indira Gandhi, died as Sonia was taking her to hospital after the Prime Minister had been shot by her own Sikh bodyguards. Later, her husband Rajiv Gandhi, a well-meaning man but very ignorant about India, was blown to bits by a Sri Lankan separatist. Perhaps these tragedies affected Sonia and the way she dealt with India when she was the real power behind the throne for ten years. @RahulGandhi seems to share his father's ignorance about the real India, but is more militant and radical. So why would their return to power be dangerous? Firstly, because, in my view, both remain deeply ignorant of India's civilisational realities. Second, because their Christian-Western outlook risks imposing a Western prism on India and its youth and clamping down on the #Hindu way of life. Thus for #Bharat to continue on its present upward course, the @BJP4India govt needs to correct its own mistakes. Corruption has increased tremendously across the country, while the Prime Minister may not be fully aware of it. Bureaucracy remains extremely powerful & entrenched. Inflation is pushing prices up and could eventually make people unhappy. Finally, the #VVIP system that Congress created and loved has been happily adopted by the BJP: ministers, MLAs and MPs are surrounded by enormous amount of people who kiss the ground they tread. So the Govt needs to correct its course if it wants to remain in power. The 10 years of Sonia Gandhi were catastrophic, and India is still paying the price.Repost if u agree
